Step 1. Clean between your teeth. Use a floss pick at least once a day to remove food and plaque where your toothbrush can’t always reach.
Step 2. Use a fresh brush. Replace your toothbrush at least every three months, as worn bristles clean less effectively.
Step 3. Brush with fluoride toothpaste. Brush your teeth for two minutes, twice a day, to help remove plaque, bacteria and food debris that can contribute to bad breath.
Step 4. Clean your tongue. Place the scraper at the back of your tongue, gently pull forward and rinse the scraper after each stroke. Repeat at least once a day, then rinse your mouth with water.

Storage: Store in a dry, well-ventilated area.

Disposal:

Toothbrush: Dispose of the toothbrush with general household waste.

Toothpaste: Empty the tube as much as possible. Recycle the tube as plastic/metal packaging where facilities exist; otherwise dispose with general household waste.

Tongue scraper: Recycle as metal.

Floss picks: Check with your local recycling facility whether there is a recycling solution for PLA/PP mixed material, or dispose of the floss picks with general household waste. In most countries, the bag can be recycled as paper. The plastic lining and seal are separated from the paper in the recycling process.

Kit packaging: Paper packaging. Recycle as paper.
