In many ways I am impressed with them. Yes there's still plastic, but minimal. The problem I have is that I have a Braun electric brush that's just over 10 years old, and the heads are not really suitable. I can get them to work, and indeed am using one, but the external shape is too flared, even if it fitted onto the drive shaft better. The female fitting in the brush is not deep enough for the Braun shaft, and there is an extremely small discrepancy in the sizes. It's a very tight fit. The brush head I like, and the brush body material, but not the shape. Sui generically, it looks good, but definitely not with the Braun model that I have.
Having said all that, I would consider buying them again. May look into modifying them when I have the time. A deeper connection would be ideal and then the shape may marry a wee bit better
