A Humble Brush starter kit with a replaceable-head handle: one bamboo handle with a head fitted, plus two extra heads (three heads in total). The handle and heads are bamboo; the soft bristles are nylon with 65% plant-based content from castor beans, and they're BPA-free. Heads click securely into place and are easy to swap when it's time for a refresh. Paper packaging, recyclable as paper.

Click a head onto the handle. Add a small dab of your favorite natural Humble toothpaste on the bristles and brush tenderly to clean and remove plaque. Dentists recommend the 2/2 rule: brush for 2 minutes in the morning and 2 minutes at night with a soft-bristled toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste. Swap to a fresh head every third month and after being sick. Store in a dry place between usage.

Use a pair of pliers to remove the bristles from the head. Dispose of the bristles with general household waste - they're too small for curbside recycling. The bamboo head can go with food/garden waste where home composting is accepted in your municipality; otherwise dispose with general waste.
