Dissapointed with the new packaging and taste

Unfortunately, not only the packaging has changed, but also the contents. The tube is now made of some sort of metal and in addition also packed in a cardboard box, i.e. extra material and junk. The new design and consistency of the toothpaste makes it difficult to squeeze it out of the tube, an elderly person with weaker hands can no longer use this toothpaste. In addition, it tastes completely different and very sweet. We have used this toothpaste for a long time, but will now sadly have to find an alternative.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Our goal is always to improve, but we understand that changes can sometimes cause frustration, especially when you’ve trusted a product for a long time. We now use aluminum tubes instead of plastic, and the cardboard box is mainly for retail purposes and to help protect the tube from damage during transport.
